Our kickboxing program is a cardiovascular workout that balances rhythm & speed with balance & power in a new 2400 square foot air conditioned facility - while retaining a warm, family owned environment.

2 programs in 1 with 3 levels of membership = EFFICIENT. At Karate Endeavors, our "Self-Defense Fitness KickBoxing" classes feature both free-standing bags and hanging bags for individual use. You quickly learn to use boxing and karate techniques to defend yourself while developing your cardiovascular, muscular, and skeletal systems - certainly something a gym can't accomplish. As well as your overall fitness level. All this while we encourage and motivate, not mitigate, you at your own pace. What could be more worthwhile?!

PLUS: We also offer "Total Body Toning" - classic and unique toning isometrics and core training using rubber tubing and stability balls, combined with sport-related plyometric strengthening exercises developed by the owner - a multi-sport college athlete and 4th degree black belt in karate. Our classes will help you develop more definition in your musculature, especially in your abdominals, arms and chest. Moreover, your balance, flexibilty, and core strength will also take off! The repeated contact of bag punching and kicking offers you resistance to your combination of techniques which actually increases your aerobic activity. Meanwhile, you are toning and strengthening your muscles naturally throughout this aerobic exercise.
